We want your Sleek Gadjets experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. This policy covers everything you need to know about how we ship your orders and how returns are handled.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your payment has been verified.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT. Delivery is handled through trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after order processing are as follows:

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed timelines. Delays may occur due to logistics challenges, weather conditions, or public holidays. We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. The exact fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our logistics partner may attempt redelivery or hold the package. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery. Sleek Gadjets is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

7. Returns Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

8. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in their original condition and packaging
  • Not have been used, tampered with, or physically damaged after delivery
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

9. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are determined based on the circumstances of each case:

  • Defective or incorrect item sent by us — Sleek Gadjets will cover the return shipping cost
  • Change of mind or customer error — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We will communicate the return shipping arrangement clearly when your return request is approved.

10. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us with your order details. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This section explains your rights and our process when it comes to cancelling an order and receiving a refund.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Returns Policy above.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@sleekgadjets.ng or 08111616585 with your order number. We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation based on its current status.

2. Cancellations by Sleek Gadjets

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or no longer available
  • There is an error in the product listing or pricing
  • We are unable to verify payment or detect suspected fraud
  • The delivery address is incomplete or unverifiable

If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered in the following situations:

  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch
  • Your order was cancelled by Sleek Gadjets
  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and your return has been approved
  • Your order was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to our error

4. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method via Paystack. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated on our end. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at support@sleekgadjets.ng.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • The return request was made after the 48-hour window
  • The issue is a result of customer misuse or negligence
  • The item was correctly described and delivered as ordered
