We accept payment via Paystack, which supports card payments, bank transfers, and USSD. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

Sleek Gadjets does not store your card or banking details. All payment transactions are handled securely by Paystack.

6. Delivery

We deliver to all states across Nigeria. Delivery timelines and fees vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as logistics challenges or public holidays.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Sleek Gadjets will not be held liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sleekgadjets.ng or 08111616585 with your order details and photos of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days. Approved returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
